THANK YOU!!
We, the IndianHead Watershed Association, presented our position to save the IndianHead Dam to the Lower Providence Township Board of Supervisors on August 18, 2005.
We would like to thank EVERYONE who attended! Our supporters and Association members filled the meeting room as there was "standing-room only."
The presentation was well received by both the public and the Township Supervisors.
The Lower Providence Township Supervisors have made the decision to support our movement and explore the options available to preserve this unique recreational waterway!
This is a huge accomplishment and a great first step for saving this gem for our community and the generations to come. We are pleased with the outcome.
Many thanks to the Lower Providence Township Supervisors.
WE STILL NEED YOUR HELP!!
This was only the first step!!
On September 6, 2005 at 7PM, we plan to make a similar presentation and appeal for support to the Upper Providence Township Supervisors.
Please attend this presentation as well to demonstrate your continued support in this cause - we cannot save the IndianHead Dam without you!
Thank you,
Indian Head Watershed Association

MEETINGS of the Indian Head Watershed:
Our first public meeting held July 31st. We had a great turnout of over 70 attendees. Our focus was to determine our best avenues to save the dam.

Our second meeting was held on August 7th. Jackie Crahalla, PA State Representative, was in attendance and vocalized her support in our efforts. We would like to offically thank Jackie for her support in our cause! At this meeting we set up our committees. Should you be interested in joining us, please email us at saveindiandam@comcast.net or call us at 610-650-8911.
